So I just finished my stressful semester and my final project was an iteration of my last project which I had put up a while ago. On this one I revisited more interesting ways to design my viewing platform and more interesting ways to move through the site. The goal for this project was to recreate the original chestnut hill reservoir and make a connection to the water with a viewing platform and make a connection from the street to the site and include an educational center. My concept was the use of the sun in respect to its spherical geometry and its sun rays which influenced the way I placed my paths. I gave another stab at rendering, i personally think I've gotten better since the last time but what do you guys think? This last week i was tasked to do a precedent study on the Simpson lee house and produce sections, elevations, diagrams and a model. it was really interesting honestly but i feel like if i had more time i would have done more but i didn't let you lot down "i got y'all". Oh yeah i also gave another stab at rendering. What do you guys think?

Sorry for the wait i have been so busy with school work. Forgive me. Anyway this contains my last project which i just completed. what do you all think. On this project i was required to use the topography of the Chestnut Hill Reservoir and include a viewing center,  gathering spot(rendezvous area), a visitors center.  My main concept for this project was the sun in respect of its geometry and its rays. I used the circular geometry of the sun to determine the shape and position with the help of sun studies which I conducted to discern the north position of my building to make the horizon view the dominant view of the visitors center. As for the rays I used to plan out the paths on the site............. Figure the rest out and enjoy the post i don't want to bore y'all. BLESS.
